Plan-tas-tic

Most planning tools are either a spreadsheet pretending to be a timeline or a subscription that wants to run the whole company. The thing in between was missing: a plan with phases, tasks and the people on them, readable at a glance, and printable for someone who will never log in.

Plan-tas-tic keeps a project as phases, tasks and sub-tasks, each with people, labels and notes. The same plan is shown four ways — a timeline by day, week or month; a workload view grouped by phase or by person; a board of new, planned, active and done; and a calendar — and exported as a PDF with the summary, the timeline, the workload and the board, or as CSV for whoever insists on a spreadsheet.

The plan lives in one place and everyone gets it in the form they actually read: the timeline for the room, the board for the people doing the work, the PDF for the people who asked for a plan.
